If you want to improve yourself to reach your maximum potential, then you need to understand that you are a spirit with a soul and a body. As such the focus of improving people is about changing the way you think with an understanding of the spiritual nature of people. In this material the spiritual is reflected in the Christian understanding of God. This is important because the universe has inbuilt principles that govern how it operates that were put there by God. These include things like the law of reciprocity (By giving we end up receiving). If this is a new concept for you, then I would encourage you to keep an open mind and take the material that sits well with you and helps you to reach your maximum potential.
