Brad has been involved in helping pastors work through both difficult times and strategic directional opportunities. Being a pastor is one of the most difficult jobs there is, and trying to do it alone is just not healthy and is not sustainable over the long term. Having a coach is a great way to make sure that you are looking after yourself as well as providing the best possible leadership for your church that you can.
Conflict Resolution
Are you having trouble with key people in your congregation or eldership? Brad can help you work through those, either by giving you specific strategies to deal with the conflict, or becoming involved as a facilitator and/or mediator.
